1. Introduction
Vindly ("the App") is developed by Michal Zmudzin, operating under the studio name Noiselogic ("we", "us", or "our"). Vindly is designed as an Augmented Focus Layer for drivers and riders.
Our commitment is simple: We do not collect, store, or share your personal data. All processing happens locally on your device to ensure maximum privacy and performance.
2. Information We Do NOT Collect
Vindly is built on the principle of "Zero Noise". We do not collect:
- Personal identification information (name, email, phone number).
- Location data or GPS coordinates (we display your map, but never record where you are).
- Contact lists or call logs (we access them locally to display them to you, but never upload them).
- Message content (Vindly AI processes message summaries locally on your device).
- Device identifiers or advertising IDs.
- Usage analytics or behavioral data.
3. Permissions & API Disclosure (Crucial)
Accessibility Service API
We use the AccessibilityService API exclusively to:
- Display the Smart HUD overlay interface over navigation applications (for example Google Maps and Waze).
- Ensure uninterrupted navigation by detecting app switches and restoring navigation to foreground (Force-Map Return).
- Enable Stealth Mode by managing the visibility and transparency of interface elements based on user interaction.
We do NOT use the AccessibilityService API to:
- Read, record, or log any content from other apps.
- Collect any personal or sensitive user data.
- Modify system settings without your consent.
Notification Access
Used only to display notification counts and allow you to interact with incoming messages hands-free. Content is processed locally and never transmitted.
Bluetooth & NFC
Used to detect when you mount your phone or connect to your vehicle, enabling the Smart Automation feature (auto-launch).
4. Data Storage & Security
All app settings, theme preferences (Advanced Lab), and configurations are stored locally on your device.
- Data is not backed up to external servers.
- Data is permanently deleted when you uninstall the App.
- Since we do not host your data, there is no risk of server-side data breaches.
5. Third-Party Services
- No Ads: Vindly does not contain advertising SDKs or tracking pixels.
- Google Play Billing: We use Google's official system for Premium subscriptions. We never see or store your credit card or payment details; this is handled entirely by Google.
6. Children's Privacy
Vindly is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
7. Your Rights
You have full control. You can:
- Revoke any permission at any time in Android Settings.
- Clear all local data via Android App Info.
- Uninstall the app to remove all traces of its configuration.
