The map does not come back after a call or after returning to the home screen.

Do not swipe Vindly away from recent apps. That stops monitoring and map restore.

I cannot see the music panel.

Does the free plan restore the map from every app?

No. The free core covers phone calls and the home screen. Custom return timers for other apps are Premium.
